In the opening fight of UFC On Fox 5 on Facebook, former Bantamweight contender Scott Jorgensen submitted John Albert with less than a second left in the first round. The win broke Jorgensen (14-6) out of a two fight losing streak and improved his UFC record to 3-2. This was Albert's (7-4) third consecutive loss and he dropped to 1-3 as a UFC Fighter.

Jorgensen and Albert set the tone for the entire event early. The single round fight was high paced with both fighters showing a lot of aggression. Scott turned it on early with a takedown only to be swept by Albert. John attacked looking for a choke, but found himself reversed. Jorgensen came close to getting submitted himself halfway through the round when Albert caught him in a triangle choke. Scotty was able to defend, which led to him taking Albert's back in a scramble. With under 10 seconds left, Jorgensen locked on the rear naked choke and got the tap from Albert just before the bell sounded.

What was the high point of the fight?

The final 10 seconds as Jorgensen went for the rear naked choke. The round clock had disappeared and the 10 second clapper had sounded, but Scotty held it tight and forced the tap just before the bell.

Where do they go from here?

this fight got Jorgensen out of the rut he was in. It probably won't do much for his ranking since he never fell out of the top 15 and Albert is unranked.

As noted above, this was Albert's 3rd straight loss in the UFC. Typically a streak like that will get a fighter his pink slip, but Albert may get some leniency. His loss against Erik Perez was controversially stopped by referee Kim Winslow even though Albert hadn't tapped to the armbar. That controversy alongside being competitive with one of the division's top fighters may be enough to get him another chance.

Watch it now never or later?

Watch it now. The five minute fight was action packed with great moments from both fighters.
