The main card airs live on pay-per-view (PPV) and is headlined by an interim lightweight title fight between Tony Ferguson and Kevin Lee. A flyweight title fight between Demetrious Johnson and Ray Borg, originally scheduled to headline UFC 215, is the co-main event for 216.
