The Ultimate Fighter 28 Finale weigh-ins have completed, with headliners Rafael dos Anjos and Kamaru Usman on point for Friday’s welterweight scrap. There were no problems on the scale for any of the four TUF 28 finalists, with Juan Espino and Justin Frazier avoiding the unthinkable of missing the heavyweight limit, while Macy Chiasson and Pannie Kianzad were within the women’s featherweight limit.
We did have two fighters come in overweight, as flyweight Ji Yeon Kim wasn’t even close to making 125. Kim was fined 30% of her purse for coming in at 130.5 lbs for her matchup with Antonina Shevchenko, but that fight is still going on as scheduled. As for featherweight Rick Glenn, who was over the limit by 2.5 lbs, he’ll forfeit 20% of his purse to short notice replacement Kevin Aguilar.
