This weekend is packed full of MMA cards. Fedor is off fighting in Eurasia Fight Nights, Rory MacDonald is facing Stephen Thompson at UFC Ottawa, and back in the states, two promotions are left vying for the Friday night spotlight. Bellator 156 featuring Marcos Galvao and Eduardo Dantas takes place at 9 pm EST on Friday. At the exact same time, NBCSN will be airing WSOF 31: Ivanov vs. Copeland. Both cards promise main cards full of fun, action fights, it's just a pity that fans will be left DVRing one and watching the other (unless you're on the west coast, where Bellator tape delay finally does you a solid).

So, we're here to give you everything you need to know about two main cards worth of action, all in one show. As always, if you enjoyed the show, give us a "Like" over on YouTube. And while you're there, consider subscribing to MMANATIONDOTCOM. That way you'll always be the first to get the latest BE shows, interviews, and analysis.
