A pair of struggling female bantamweights is headed to Cleveland, as Combate reported a bout between former title challenger Bethe Correia and Jessica Eye is in the works for UFC 203, in September.

Correia (9-2) began her UFC career with three wins in a row over the likes of Julie Kedzie, Jessamyn Duke and Shayna Baszler, but her streak came to a halt when she faced Ronda Rousey last year. Most recently, a split decision loss to Raquel Pennington last April expanded her losing skid.

In desperate of a win, Eye (11-5 1NC) will look to stop a three-fight losing skid that dates back to November 2014. She has come up short on decisions to Miesha Tate, Julianna Pena and Sara McMann. Her sole UFC win, a TKO victory over Leslie Smith at UFC 180.

Correia and Eye are scheduled to meet at UFC 203, in Cleveland, Ohio, on September 10. The card will be headlined by a heavyweight title fight between champion Stipe Miocic and challenger Alistair Overeem.
