A new week of fight bookings means a new week of fight odds. The UFC didn't have a super busy week when it came to setting up premium fights, but one that will likely end up as the co-main event of UFC 206 is quite intriguing. That will come in the featherweight division, with top contenders Max Holloway and Anthony Pettis facing off. It seems that the bookmakers are favoring Holloway slightly so far (all lines via Best Fight Odds):
Another big bout will take place inside the Bellator cage in January, with Tito Ortiz meeting Chael Sonnen in the latter's promotional debut. In news that will probably leave Tito quite unhappy, Sonnen is the early betting favorite:
Bellator now has odds for two of their other headliners as well - one coming up pretty soon, and one going down a little bit further down the road. Next weekend, Liam McGeary will defend his Bellator light heavyweight title against Phil Davis - and the champ is a pretty big dog:
In the other, former UFC and WEC lightweight champ Ben Henderson will return to 155 to face Michael Chandler in his second Bellator fight, and he's a somewhat-surprising underdog too:
Finally, we head back over to the UFC. The co-main event of the TUF 24 Finale will see the coaches facing off when Joseph Benavidez meets Henry Cejudo. Benavidez is a pretty clear favorite so far in this one:
So there you have it. Anything interesting there? The Henderson/Chandler line is the only one that truly surprised me, but what do you think?
