Holly Holm is fresh off an impressive knockout over one of the biggest and highest paid stars in the sport in Ronda Rousey. Apart from securing the UFC belt, it looks like she will be getting a nice pay bump for her efforts as well.
As with common practice for new champions, the UFC has offered a new deal to the bantamweight queen, and Holm's manager states that it has since been signed and finalized.
"We have officially signed a multiyear extension with the UFC," Holm's manager Lenny Fresquez told ESPN.com. "That's all I can verify right now. We've signed an extension, and we're very happy with the extension."
Specific terms of the deal were not revealed, but if history is any indication, bigger PPV points are now likely included as well. As for her guaranteed payouts, they will soon be available if her next bouts are held in states that require the UFC to disclose them (Nevada, California, etc).
Holm received a disclosed salary of $25,000 to show and $25,000 to win on her first two bouts against Pennington and Reneau, while her payout for her title bout against Rousey wasn't revealed since it was held in Australia.
