UFC 195 results: Stipe Miocic stops Andrei Arlovski early

Stipe Miocic is ready for a UFC heavyweight title shot. The big man from Ohio came into his UFC 195 co-main event bout with Andrei Arlovski looking to break into the elite, and he did just that, stopping Arlovski in just 54 seconds with strikes.

After a couple of exchanges, Miocic landed a right directly on the ear of Arlovski and stunned him. After a glancing left, a straight right caught him on the side of the head and he followed it up with a left that sent Arlovski falling forward to the mat.

He was on all fours, but Miocic jumped him and landed a bunch of shots to the side of the head until referee Herb Dean stopped it.

As soon it was over, Miocic went over to UFC president Dana White (and the camera) and screamed for a title shot. After witnessing that, it would be hard to deny him the winner of the UFC 195 title bout between Fabricio Werdum and Cain Velasquez.
