It appears that the war of words is escalating between Ronda Rousey and Cris Cyborg. That hardly seemed possible as we've heard Rousey say that Cyborg has been "injecting herself for so long that she's not even a woman anymore," also calling Cyborg an "it" and suggesting that Cyborg could kill women's MMA in the UFC by fighting there. Still, if there were any way to escalate tensions from there from there, Cyborg seems to have found it.
In a recent interview with Submission Radio, Rousey's mother, Dr. AnnMaria DeMars, said that her daughter would break Cyborg's arm whenever they happened to fight (as long as the fight was at 135). Cyborg took to the Underground (h/t MMAMania) with her response to Rousey's mother's statement and it appears the gloves are off:

Cyborg's Invicta contract appears to include clauses that would let her go to the UFC, if a bout between the two women can be agreed upon. Still, it remains to be seen how far apart they really are in negotiations and how much of Cyborg's insistence on a catchweight and Rousey's insistence on a bantamweight bout can be solved by money, and an ever growing disdain for one another.
