UFC 192 Video Recap: Ryan Bader picks apart Rashad Evans

Former light heavyweight champion Rashad Evans returned after a 2-year layoff to compete against Ryan Bader as the co-headliner of UFC 192. Unfortunately for him, Bader showcased his much improved striking and he picked apart the former TUF winner.

Official Result: Ryan Bader defeats Rashad Evans by unanimous decision (30-27 x3)

What was the high point of the fight?

To be honest, there wasn't a single moment that really stood out, really. Ryan Bader really established himself as a legitimate title contender at 205 lbs as he picked apart Evans. It was a good performance overall, but if you're looking for that 'oh my god' moment, you won't see it here.

Where do these two go from here?

If Jon Jones isn't returning soon, or at light heavyweight, Ryan Bader deserves the next shot at Daniel Cormier. If Jones comes back, then I guess he will have to compete one more time. Maybe the winner of OSP vs Cummins, or Anthony Johnson perhaps?

Watch now, later, or never?

If based on entertainment alone, I'd say never. But since this featured top ranked fighters, and showcased huge improvements from Ryan Bader, watch it later if you have the time.
