Earlier this week on UFC Tonight, former two-division champ B.J. Penn was pretty fired up. He called out former nutritionist Mike Dolce and since Dolce isn't a fighter any more, he challenged who he thought was Dolce's "boy", Nik Lentz to a bout at 145 pounds. This led Lentz to respond with the Instagram post below:

"I don't even and have not worked with Dolce for quite some time...so fighting with me will have nothing to do with Dolce...but for the record...fuck you BJ. You talk too much now...you use to be about actions, but now like the spoiled little rich kid you are, all you do is talk. I'll gladly fight you anytime. So get your mom and daddy to paint you some plans, fly Hawaii out to Vegas, give little baby Penn what he wants and come out of retirement .... This time I'll make sure to retire you properly #BringPennBack"
Penn (16-10-2, 12-9-2 UFC) retired after a one-sided loss to Frankie Edgar in June 2014. Part of the reason I think his original statement is so funny is because he says he hasn't been in the gym for two years, but he'll get back in it to fight Lentz. Well, he only fought Edgar 16 months ago and everyone wondered why he looked so bad - I guess that might be your answer.
Lentz (25-7-2, 1 NC, 9-4-1. 1 NC UFC) hasn't competed since a third-round submission loss to Charles Oliveira in May.
