World Series of Fighting 11 set to broadcast from Daytona, Florida on NBC

World Series of Fighting's biggest event to date now has an official venue, as they confirmed (via MMA Junkie) their July 5th show for Ocean Center in Daytona, Florida, as well as the full main card for their network television debut.

Headlining WSOF 11 is the lightweight title fight between champion Justin Gaethje and Nick Newell. With Jake Shields out injured, Josh Burkman fills in for him and will have a rubber match with Jon Fitch in the co-main event. Former UFC lightweight Melvin Guillard makes his WSOF debut against Gesias Cavalcante, who already has a stoppage win over another ex-UFC mainstay in Tyson Griffin. Rounding out the main card is Cody Bollinger versus Pablo Alfonso in a featherweight bout. While the full preliminary card has not been revealed, the feature prelim bout is Brian Cobb/Luis Palomino.

Recently, World Series of Fighting announced the signing of Matt Hamill, recently released from the UFC following a sluggish loss to Thiago Silva in October. Hamill is the only man to date with a win over Jon Jones, and if you spin it really well, you can say that he forced a 1st round stoppage. His debut is scheduled to be for this card, but they've not yet announced an opponent.

The main card for WSOF 11 starts at 4 PM ET on NBC, with prelims available via their online streaming service.
