Dana White is in Hong Kong for a press conference about the upcoming UFC: Macau card this August, and among the news he announced was a change in their co-main event slot. Originally a bout between Dong Hyun Kim and Hector Lombard, the line up has been shuffled as the latter has suffered an undisclosed injury.
According to the UFC president, stepping in against Kim is the #4 ranked welterweight in Tyron Woodley, who is fresh off a decision loss to Rory MacDonald at UFC 174. After fighting just 10 days ago, Woodley will have a relatively quick turn around as he prepares to thrust himself back into contention in less than 2 months.
