Sentencing has been passed on Tito Ortiz, who crashed his Porsche following a Playboy Mansion party in January.

The former UFC light-heavyweight champion, who blew a .12 on the breathalyzer, was charged with a DUI after he crashed his car on the 405 Freeway in the early hours of the morning. After initially pleading not guilty for the DUI, Ortiz changed his plea to no contest in exchange for a reduced sentence.

TMZ.com has confirmed that Ortiz was sentenced to 36 months of probation and several hefty fines. He was also ordered to enroll in an alcohol education program.

Ortiz is scheduled to take part in the Bellator 120 PPV, where he will face middleweight champion Alexander Shlemenko in a feature fight on the main card.

The event is headlined by a trilogy fight between Eddie Alvarez and Michael Chandler, and takes place May 17 at the Landers Center in Southaven, Mississippi.
