More bad news for Jason "Mayhem" Miller. Ariel Helwani has tweeted that the popular former UFC fighter and MTV reality show host has been arrested again and is being held in the Orange County, California jail on a $50,000 bond. Here's the tweet:
Miller was arrested on August 10 and charged with domestic violence. He was arrested in August 2012 and charged with burglary of a church.
Bloody Elbow will continue to follow this story as it develops.
UPDATE: The official book report states that Miller was arrested on a 273.5 (A) felony charge of Corporal Injury of Spouse aka. domestic violence. It's the same type of charge he was arrested on just over a week ago. Here's a copy of the charges and an explanation of their meaning via bail bondsman and BE reader TheDreadedMarco:

The thing about these specific charges is that it means there was enough physical evidence on the victim for this charge. If there were no physical marks the charge would be 243 (e)(1) pc and bail would be 20k.
