Lion Fight 10 delivierd a nice night of fast paced Muay Thai action. Knees, elbow, and trips, oh my! Tiffany Van Soest delviered the nights only KO with a sharp right cross and followup flurry with a few final knees and elbows that saw Payne put a glove to the mat and the ref call the fight. Cole was the victim of a wicked liver kick that dropped him in the night's opening bout and Malaipet dropped Dawodu with a shocking clinch break elbow on his way to a majority decision.
While the night saw some questionable judging here and there it's important for fans who missed it to know that Kevin Ross was the victim of true highway robbery in his unanimous decision loss to Embree. In the night's main event Yodsanklai Fairtex became the Lion Fight middleweight champion. He started a bit slow, but turned it up for the last three and a half rounds to dominate the fight.
