Former Stirkeforce middleweight champion Luke Rockhold dropped his UFC debut against Vitor Belfort a little over a week ago in Brazil, but Rockhold has wasted little time in stating who he wants to fight next. Today on Twitter the Californian called out none other than Michael Bisping:
Bisping, who defeated Alan Belcher by technical unanimous decision at UFC 159 in April, simply responded to Rockhold by saying that he needs to get a UFC win first before making that match-up:
Before Rockhold joined Bisping in the "get kicked really hard in the head by Vitor Belfort" club, he spoke to Bloody Elbow's Steph Daniels about taking on Michael, saying that it would be "nice to shut his mouth". Bisping doesn't have an opponent scheduled yet, and if he is to face a top 10 ranked opponent next, he would most likely face Rockhold, Costa Philippou, or the winner of Mark Munoz/Tim Boetsch.
