Saturday December 7, Bloody Elbow presents live fight coverage of Zab Judah vs. Paulie Maliganggi in the Battle for Brooklyn. Judah vs. Malignaggi airs live on Showtime boxing this Saturday, December 7, with a fight time of 8:00 p.m. ET / 5:00 p.m. PT. Bloody Elbow will have live fight coverage, including results and discussion, right here.
Zab Judah vs. Paulie Maliganaggi is a very well-booked fight - the kind of fight that just makes sense. Here, you have two outspoken fighters, each with a large fan base, and both fighting in front of a very rabid Brooklyn hometown crowd. That alone should make for a dynamic scene Saturday night. Both Judah and Malignaggi have had their rough patches in their careers, and I think it's fair to say that there is unlikely to be a major world title in either man's future. But both are coming off of solid, if losing efforts - Maliganggi against Adrien Broner, Judah against Danny Garcia. Both men clearly have something left in the tank, and when you factor in the hometown bragging rights, this has the potential to be a fight of the year.

Judah vs. Malignaggi may be the headliner, but this is far from a 1 fight card. In the co-headliner, Devon Alexander takes on Shawn Porter - a win here moves Alexander one step closer to a discussed future showdown with Floyd Mayweather. You also have the return of Austin Trout, fresh off the first loss of his career at the hands of Canelo Alvarez. He faces Erislandy Lara in another fight that could be an absolute show-stealer. Opening the show will be Sakio Bika vs. Anthony Dirrell.
Join us here at Bloody Elbow for a huge night of boxing with Showtime Boxing Judah vs. Malignaggi results, discussion, and live fight coverage this Saturday, December 7.
