UFC 260 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the fifth episode for this weekend’s huge show in Vegas, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.

We start off with Sean O’Malley playing some ping pong against a teammate and talking some smack. They then show some training footage. His coach says that because he’s so young, he’s growing by leaps and bounds in every camp.

Gilbert Burns is with Vicente Luque. Luque thinks it’s a great thing to have Durinho in his corner, since he’s already beaten Tyron Woodley.

Over at the Performance Institute, Francis Ngannou is hitting the heavy bag. Ngannou cracks his coach to the body and he reacts accordingly. Now he’s outside playing basketball with coach Dewey Cooper. They’re not good.

Stipe Mocic is dressing up for media day, and his coach is teasing him. He does a model walk for the camera. Sean O’Malley says he hasn’t seen much video on opponent Thomas Alemeida, but he expects a standup fight. He’s playing with a rubik’s cube as he talks about his childhood.

Press conference time. Stipe says that he knows Ngannou has grown and evolved. Ngannou hates to watch the first fight because he says he didn’t look like himself. Ngannou doesn’t care about being a knockout artist, he wants the title. They shake hands and face off respectfully. Ngannou says afterward that Miocic was shaking.

And that’s it! UFC 260 goes down in a few short hours at UFC Apex.
