The preliminary card opened up with back-to-back finishes as Bruno Silva stopped JP Buys and Montel Jackson finished Jesse Strader. Roman Dolidze was unhappy with the judges as Trevin Giles handed him the first loss of his career by unanimous decision.
Grant Dawson won by KO with one second left of the fight, putting an end to Leonardo Santos’ decade long unbeaten run. In the final preliminary fight, Macy Chiasson won a unanimous decision against the veteran Marion Reneau.
