UFC VEGAS 11 had a standup war in its co-main event in the form of Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone vs. Niko Price. The opening round was nuts! Price came out swinging with heat and he was connecting. Cowboy was forced to weather an early storm, but the veteran did just that and started to fire back. A set of eye pokes from Price led to him receiving a point deduction, which came back to haunt him as the bout was ultimately ruled a majority draw. The fight had plenty of strikes being thrown and landed throughout, whether it was haymakers from Price or technical combos from Cowboy.
