The former champion was recently seen with heavy discoloration on her face, and she has since given an update on her recovery a week after that instant classic of a title bout.

“I’m having a small home spa. It’s a mud mask,” Joanna joked as she showed the discoloration of. “Of course I’m still having so many bruises on my face, on my chest. The swelling went down. I feel better, so we good! We good!”
Zhang managed to retain her strawweight belt after winning a close decision, and while it’s still too early, Jedrzejczyk has already mentioned being open to a rematch. If you missed the contest, you can watch highlights of the instant classic (and how that nasty hematoma grew) in super-slow motion.
