UFC 238 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the second episode for this weekend’s big show in Chicago, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.
We start off at Henry Cejudo’s house in Arizona. They show off some memorabilia while he packs. He relates to Usain Bolt after a documentary he saw about him. He doesn’t care if people like him or hate him, he just wants them to watch.
Marlon Moraes arrives in Chicago. His team laughs while they watch the Countdown episode. “He’s like the Nickelback of MMA,” one says about Cejudo. That’s gold. He arrives in his room with his Hulk.
Valentina Shevchenko is working out again. It seems like she’s always working out. Moraes does some media. He says he doesn’t talk sh-t, he talks the truth. Cejudo talks about inspiring people. He’s bragging a bit too. He knows he’s cheesy, but he doesn’t care. He thinks he’s the P4P king if he wins here.
Jessica Eye gets some fake lashes in Vegas. “If these girls fight with fake boobs, I can fight with fake lashes.”
Back in Chicago, we get our first look at Tony Ferguson. He’s excited to return. He fights for something different, but he doesn’t know what it is.
And that’s it! UFC 238 goes down on Saturday in Chicago.
