The event will be broadcast through ESPN+ & ESPN2, with the main card starting on ESPN+ at 1PM/10PM ETPT, and the Prelims on ESPN2 starting at 10AM/7AM ETPT.

Alexander ‘The Mauler’ Gustafsson approaches this Light Heavyweight Bout with an 18-5-0 record, having won lost his last fight, which was against none-other-than Jon Jones, who defeated Gustafsson in the main event via Ground & Pound at UFC 232, last December. Tapology has him ranked as the #2 Current Best Light Heavyweight Fighter.

Meanwhile, his opponent Anthony ‘Lionheart’ Smith, comes into this battle with a longer 31-14-0 professional record, also having lost his last bout thanks to Jon Jones, who defeated Lionheart in the main event at UFC 235 via Unanimous Decision. Smith is listed via Tapology as #4 Current Best Light Heavyweight, a couple notches below Gustafsson.
