Paulie Malignaggi calls out ‘coward’ Conor McGregor after shock Bare Knuckle FC signing

Now that he’s officially back in the ring, it didn’t take long for Paulie Malignaggi to call out Conor McGregor.

Paulie Malignaggi just won’t seem to let it go.

The former two-weight boxing world champion has had a grudge to settle with UFC star Conor McGregor ever since the Irishman released footage of their much talked about sparring session in 2017.

Malignaggi, who appeared to be dropped by McGregor with a combination, feels ‘The Notorious’ tried to tarnish his reputation by releasing the footage, and claims he got the better McGregor throughout the sparring session.

Malignaggi has been calling out McGregor ever since and, after his recent signing with Bare Knuckle FC, the 38-year-old wants to settle his beef with the former UFC ‘champ-champ’ in a bare knuckle contest.

The formerly-retired boxer called out McGregor on Twitter, calling the Dubliner a ‘coward.’

McGregor, who has been ignoring the majority of Malignaggi’s public call-outs, has yet to respond.

Malignaggi is much more likely to face McGregor teammate Artem Lobov, who signed with BKFC last month. ‘The Russian Hammer’ will make his promotional debut against ex-UFC fighter Jason Knight on April 6.
