UFC on ESPN 1 betting odds: Cain Velasquez favored to finish Francis N’Gannou

Check out the betting odds for Sunday’s UFC on ESPN 1 card, where Cain Velasquez is favored over Francis N’Gannou in the main event.

It’s fight day! UFC on ESPN 1 sets sail tonight, February 17, from the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, Arizona. Bloody Elbow has the betting odds!

Making his return to action after another lengthy layoff, former heavyweight champ Cain Velasquez is favored to get passed the ridiculously powerful Francis N’Gannou in the main event. Velasquez can be scooped with a moneyline of -165, and Ngannou underdog line sits at +145.

The over/under for this clash of 265-pounders has been assessed at 1.5 rounds. Both props posses minus lines, with the ‘over’ resting at -105 and the ‘under’ at -125. As far as the odds are concerned, the top of the billing will not seeing the full 25-minutes. ‘Fight doesn’t go to decision’ is wildly favored at -675, while ‘fight goes to decision’ is getting very little attention at +450.

Going one step further, the bookies have the former champ finishing the former title contender. ‘Velasquez wins inside distance’ clocks in at -129, while ‘N’Gannou wins inside distance’ owns a plus line of +155. If you’re looking for Velasquez by finish at plus odds, then you can find ‘Velasquez by TKO/KO’ for +110. By comparison, ‘Ngannou by TKO/KO’ can be had at a slightly larger dog tag of +155.

The UFC on ESPN 1 card has a pick’em matchup slated for the co-main event. The 13-2 James Vick can only be found at favored lines, while the 15-4 Paul Felder sits at both plus and minus odds. Vick rogers up at -120, and Felder’s moneyline ranges anywhere from -110 up to +105.

The prop bet concerning whether or not this lightweight matchup will go the distance can also be found at pick’em odds. ‘Fight goes to decision’ is more favored at -120 with ‘fight doesn’t go to decision’ resting at -110. The over/under here has been set at 2.5 rounds. ‘Over’ is favored at -132 and the ‘under’ resides at +117.

The UFC on ESPN 1 main card will air live on ESPN at 9:00 P.M. ET with the prelims starting at 7:00 P.M. ET also on ESPN. The early prelims will begin at 5:30 P.M. ET on ESPN+.
