UFC fighter, Top-ranked bantamweight, Jimmie Rivera breaks down his beef with Aljamain Sterling and former UFC champion Cody Garbrandt. Rivera also expresses his frustration with the UFC’s matchmaking and gives his feedback on season two of “The Punisher”. Rivera fights Sterling at UFC Phoenix on Feb. 17., which can be caught on ESPN 1.

UFC fighter, Cortney “Cast Iron” Casey, who last faced Angela Hill and won the fight via split decision on August 25, 2018 at UFC Fight Night 135 talked with us about her upcoming bout against Cynthia Calvillo this weekend. She breaks down the experience difference between her and Cynthia Calvillo ahead of their fight at UFC Phoenix. Casey also opens up about a potential future as an MMA nutritionist and her close-relationship with her MMA Lab teammates, Casey also plans on calling out some of the strawweight division’s best fighters should she beat Cavilllo.
3rd: Emily Whitmire Wishes Late Coach Rob Follis ‘realized how loved he actually was’ - 29:53
UFC fighter, Emily Whitmire, opens up about her late coach Rob Follis around the one year anniversary of his death. The UFC strawweight then discusses her relationship with training partner, Claudia Gadelha, her fight at UFC Phoenix with Aleksandra Albu, and her first-love: horseback riding.
