It is quite obvious that the UFC has been giving Conor McGregor a lot of special treatment since he rose to mainstream superstardom in 2014. However, there apparently is a contrast in treatment when it comes to his coaches.
SBG Dublin head coach John Kavanagh was due for coaching duties for the TUF 27 Finale in Las Vegas where two of his fighters Brad Katona and Richie Smullen are scheduled to compete.
According to Kavanagh, there was no car service to pick him up from the airport, which was customary for the UFC to grant to competitors and their coaches. He also claimed that he had to shoulder his flight and accommodation, expenses which were also usually shouldered by the company.
Kavanagh took out his sentiments via Twitter, a post that has since been deleted but has been captured by MMA Mania.
