Veteran Dutch heavyweight Stefan Struve’s takedown defense proved to be his downfall against Marcin Tybura, as the “Skyscraper” lost a unanimous decision at UFC Hamburg.
The fight itself was not particularly exciting, apart from Struve badly hurting Tybura with a well-placed front kick to the face, but the other storyline out of this matchup was the gruesome cut that Struve suffered during the contest.

On his official Instagram page, Struve showed off that gaping hole in his chin, and to make things extra gross, he stuck his tongue through it, as if a second mouth had formed.
Again, you’ve been warned.

Struve (28-11) is on a three-fight losing streak for the first time in his career, which surely must be playing a role in him focusing “on other things” apart from fighting.
