MMA: UFC Fight Night-Smith vs Sanchez Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY Sports

We have a Sunday card upon as UFC Hamburg kicks off from Germany tomorrow, and Bloody Elbow is here to bring you the betting lines. The marquee matchup has Anthony Smith (-190) favored to beat the streaking legend, Mauricio Rua (+165). The odds makers even have Smith favored to win inside the distance, at -155, and him to win by TKO, at -105. Shogun inside the distance comes in at +280 with him by TKO clocking in at +335.

In the co-main event of UFC Hamburg, the promotion’s #3 205-pounder Glover Teixeira (-160) is favored to get past the #9 Corey Anderson (+140). The only time that the odds makers got Teixeira’s opening odds wrong was when he fought Phil Davis at UFC 179 back in 2014. Other than that though, Teixeira has produced as expected, whether he opens as an underdog or a favorite. Anderson has over-produced in two out of the three bouts in which he opened up as the betting underdog, (+145, +125 x2). It should be noted that Anderson opened up at +220 dog against Teixeira’s opening mark of -300.

We do not have any mega favorites at UFC Hamburg, at least not yet, as the most massive moneyline available doesn’t break -300, with the largest underdog not seeing anything north of +275. We are in store for a pair of pick’em bouts with two competitors being seen at both plus and minus odds. Aleksandar Rakic can be found anywhere from -110 up to +105 to Justin Ledet’s favored line of -120. Pingyuan Liu ranges anywhere from -125 up to +103 to Damian Stasiak’s -120.

Sunday’s UFC Hamburg main card will air live on FS1 at 2:00 P.M. ET with the prelims starting at 12:00 P.M. ET on the same channel. The exclusive Fight Pass prelims will begin at 10:30 A.M. ET.
