June 9th is a busy day for combat sports, as not only do we have UFC 225, but also Showtime Championship Boxing, as well as a Top Rank card on ESPN+ live from Las Vegas, Nevada featuring WBO welterweight champion Jeff Horn (18-0-1, 12 KOs) and former undisputed junior welterweight king Terence Crawford (32-0, 23 KOs). Horn initially missed weight, but on his third try, got himself down to 147, so we have a title fight. This is Crawford’s debut at welterweight, and he’s looking to further his case as one of the best pound-for-pound boxers on the planet.
The ESPN+ broadcast starts with undercard action at 6:30 PM ET/3:30 PM PT, but the “main card” featuring the headliner and the co-main event between lightweights Jose Pedraza (23-1, 12 KOs) and Antonio Moran (23-2, 16 KOs) starts at 9:30 PM ET/6:30 PM PT. Get your 7-day free-trial by clicking here.
