Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier are at it yet again. And, as always, things got a little personal between the two light heavyweights on social media.
Things kicked off when the UFC posed a question about Daniel Cormier being considered one of the great fighters of all time, which ‘Bones’ wasted no time in denouncing on Twitter.
Cormier, who will move up in weight to challenge Stipe Miocic for the heavyweight title at UFC 226, responded by comparing Jones to drug cheat Lance Armstrong. That’s when Jones, the former pound-for-pound No. 1, fired back by bringing ‘DC’s’ wife into the discussion and mocking his rival for dreaming about him at night.
I don’t have a platform DC? That just sounds dumb. Even after years of suspension I have just as much if not more of a platform than you. Every win you get goes on my resume, You know who you dream about at night. I’m sure your wife knows too

Cormier didn’t take kindly to those words and warned Jones not to mention his wife, calling the former light heavyweight champ a ‘bitch’ and a ‘steroid cheat’.
Jon, you’re a bitch! You’re one now always been one. Sit back and watch me be great, you steroid cheat. Let’s not talk about wives man. Come on, I’m sure with all the shit you’ve done I could get a conversation from your wife. I mean from your girlfriend ,baby mama?

Jones, 30, had bested Cormier at UFC 182 and UFC 214. But his knockout win at UFC 214 was overturned to a No Contest after the Jackson-Wink product tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs. Cormier was quickly reinstated as the official light heavyweight champ and Jones was suspended indefinitely and removed from the UFC rankings.
Jones could be suspended for up to four years due to being a repeat offender, which means that, despite their ongoing rivalry, Jones and Cormier may never get the chance to settle their differences in a trilogy bout.
