Join us tonight (Saturday, April 28th) on Bloody Elbow for live results, streaming preliminary card action and detailed play-by-play as Bellator 198 takes place at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. In the main event, legendary heavyweight Fedor Emelianenko takes on former UFC champion Frank Mir in the third quarterfinal of the promotion’s heavyweight Grand Prix. The winner will face Chael Sonnen in the semifinals. In the co-main event, featherweight contender Emmanuel Sanchez takes on UFC veteran Sam Sicilia.
The preliminary card begins at 7 PM ET in the video below, while the main card airs live on Paramount Network at 9 PM ET/PT.

Fedor Emelianenko vs. Frank Mir - Round 1 - The crowd is going nuts as the men walk to the center of the cage. Mir clips Fedor 15 seconds in and hurts him, but now Fedor scores with a takedown and some strikes as they stand. Fedor bombs Mir and Mir is down. Fedor blasts away with punches and it’s over! Fedor wins for the first time in five fights on American soil. It was a short left uppercut that put Mir down. He came in wildly, got put off-balance by a cuffing shot and fell forward right into the uppercut.

Emmanuel Sanchez vs. Sam Sicilia - Round 1 - Sanchez and Sicilia are throwing a high volume of strikes in the opening seconds and it’s a right hand from Sicilia that gets in best before he pushes the action into the cage. Sanchez with a kneebar attempt out of nowhere but Sicilia defends. ...and ends up right back in the same position with Sanchez looking to switch to a heel hook. Sicilia defends again and tries to attack but after getting to his feet, Sanchez takes Sam’s back. Sanchez throwing wild kicks at the head while holding the back. Sanchez with a standing arm-triangle choke attempt and it looks very tight. Sicilia finally falls to the ground and Sanchez has the choke in deep. Sicilia taps to continue a wild night of submissions!

Rafael Lovato Jr. vs. Gerald Harris - Round 1 - Lovato throws a jump knee and Harris follows him to the ground. Lovato is quick to move his legs up and he is looking to lock in a triangle choke. Lovato switches to an armor, spins with it and gets the submission!

Neiman Gracie vs. Javier Torres - Round 1 - Gracie is moving on the outside while Torres is cautiously looking for opportunities to attack safely. A Gracie kick is countered with a hard punch from Torres. Torres with an ill-advised body kick that is caught and quickly turned into a takedown. Torres stands but Gracie stays locked around his waist, looking to score a trip to take the fight back to the floor. Gracie continues pushing for the trip and does land it with 2:30 left in the round. Torres has a half butterfly guard and throws elbows off his back. Gracie falls back looking for a heel hook. He has both of Torres’ legs tied up and is now cranking an inverted heel look again. Torres continues to defend while Gracie switches from leg to leg looking to lock something up. Round ends and Gracie takes it 10-9 on takedowns and positioning.
Round 2 - Gracie throws a leg kick that misses and Torres comes up just short on a long jab. Torres throws a head kick and slips, allowing Gracie to charge in and get a body lock. Gracie takes it back to the ground. Torres is spending time looking for the ref to stand them up and Gracie passes to half guard and starts fishing for an arm triangle. Gracie gets to full mount and now the arm triangle is deep and Torres taps.

Dillon Danis vs. Kyle Walker - Round 1 - Walker clips Danis hard with an overhand left. Walker continues charging with winging punches and Danis throws body kicks to try and slow the pace. Danis closes distance, pulls guard and is throwing elbows up before turning his hips looking for something. Walker defends, tries to stand and gets his leg caught. Danis toques and Walker taps to the toe hold.
