UFC London betting odds: Alexander Volkov closing in on Fabricio Werdum

Check out the betting odds for Saturday’s UFC London card, as Fabricio Werdum is not as favored over Alexander Volkov as he was when he opened up.

The UFC brand of MMA is back this weekend with a Fight Pass card from London, England and Bloody Elbow is right here to bring you the corresponding betting odds. The top of the billing will see Top-10’ers in action with the former heavyweight champ Fabricio Werdum (-175) squaring off with the #8 Alexander Volkov (+155). Top light heavyweights will be getting the co-main event spotlight with #4 Jimi Manuwa (-340) taking on the #11 Jan Blachowicz (+310).

UFC London has four scheduled bouts in which the betting favorite clocks in with a moneyline of -300 or longer, with the widest odds belonging to (-700) Magomed Ankalaev vs. Paul Craig (+500). The other heavily favored fighters are Tom Duquesnoy (-355) over Terrion Ware (+295), Hakeem Dawodu (-310) over Danny Henry (+255), and the aforementioned Jimi Manuwa (-340) over Jan Blachowicz (+310). The tightest betting line of the event belongs to Charles Byrd vs. John Phillips, with each competitor being found at -105, respectively.

Saturday’s entire UFC Fight Night: Werdum vs. Volkov card will air live on Fight Pass, with the main card starting at 5:00 P.M. EDT and the prelims kicking off at 1:45 P.M. EDT.

Fabricio Werdum vs. Alexander Volkov: Heavyweight

The UFC’s former heavyweight king, Fabricio Werdum, opened up as a strong betting favorite at -245, and stayed in that region for about a month before wagers on his opponent caused him to slide a bit to around -175. Alexander Volkov started out his UFC London betting life as a +175 underdog, but his recent movement has sent him down to around +155.

Nasrat Haqparast vs. Nad Narimani: Heavyweight

Both Nasrat Haqparast and Nad Narimani opened up with moneylines of -120 a piece, until the substantial betting action shifted Haqparast into the lone favored role at about -160, leaving Narimani as the underdog at around +140.
