Zuffa is moving UFC 232 from Nevada to California on just six day’s notice, because of Jon Jones’ latest controversial drug test. Alexander Gustafsson has since addressed the situation, saying he will finish Jones regardless of any substance that he may be taking.
Now we all understand why u didn’t take the Wada test! U can be on rocket fuel,, I’ll still gonna finish u Jon! #andnew #ufc232

The switch has a lot of impact outside of the main event though. A lot of fans who have purchased tickets, flights and hotels around that weekend in Vegas have expressed their frustrations on the change in venue. The same is true for many of the the actual fighters on the card, who didn’t really have a choice in the matter.
Or maybe a fighter on the card that had to find out through the internet... https://t.co/qNmwMdFSlN

We should all say no , see what happens. Then again we’re all trying to make a pay check and pay our bills so can we risk it

That’s a pretty big Olympic size swimming pool

Hey @CoreyA_MMA, I’m here in Vegas now. I got a car if you need a ride, an air bnb with a room if you need somewhere to crash and a helping hand for anything you and your family need brother. https://t.co/sin5f9nHf5

Anyone know a good travel agent? #UFC232 asking for #CyborgNation pic.twitter.com/Nmk6sHxkuB

This is the new era. It’s not the stone times. News flies through technology faster than mouth to mouth. I don’t mind finding out about it on social media. Just like the champ @TeamKhabib said: #SendMeLocation

Los Angeles get ready for @UFC 232! You don’t have to come to us. We will come to you! We’re your guests. Don’t charge us too much tax, though. Lol @danawhite @seanshelby

As Siyar Bahadurzada alluded to, it isn’t just flights, tickets, and accommodations for their family that they have to worry about. Fighters moving from Las Vegas to Los Angeles will also mean that they will end up being taxed more, and will take home less money from their actual paychecks.
