It’s week three of the new World Boxing Super Series tournaments. Up this Saturday is Bantamweight (118 lbs.) tournament quarterfinal #3, along with the second quarterfinal in the Cruiserweight (200 lbs.) tournament. The fights are on US soil in Orlando, and will stream live on DAZN this Saturday, October 20 with a fight time of 8:00 p.m. ET. Here is what you can expect on Saturday.

Emmanuel Rodriguez (18-0; 12 KOs) vs. Jason Moloney (17-0; 14 KOs) - Bantamweight Quarterfinal
This is for not only a spot in the semifinals, but also the IBF Bantamweight crown currently held by Rodriguez. It’s a solid match-up between two young and undefeated fighters both looking to make a mark in this tournament. Both men sit in Ring’s top 10 (Rodriguez at #4 and Moloney at #7). Rodriguez is a 6 year veteran and as champion he has somewhat better experience. He’s been fighting a good quality of opponent for awhile now, and comes in here after winning the belt on the road in May. He’s a tough Puerto Rican fighter who so far has made a successful transition from the Puerto Rico scene to the larger international pool. Moloney is a 4 year pro out of Australia, who takes his first fight away from home here. As you would expect from someone making that step, his record is a bit more protected than Rodriguez’s, with more regional level fighters. Moloney’s job here is to prove that he’s not a regional level fighter himself, and that he belongs at this level. Which... maybe he does, but there’s not yet an indication that he has that in him, whereas Rodriguez has taken out fighters of Moloney’s caliber before. Look for Rodriguez to take this, setting up a good semi-final with Naoya Inoue.
Prediction: Emmanuel Rodriguez, UD

Yunier Dorticos (22-1; 21 KOs) vs. Mateusz Masternak (41-4; 28 KOs) - Cruiserweight Quarterfinal
This Cruiserweight match sees the return of last year’s semifinalist Dorticos. The Cuban fighter fell to Murat Gassiev last time in a dramatic 12th round KO - this is his first fight since that February loss. His quarterfinal win last time was an impressive 2nd round KO, which is no surprise for the heavy-handed fighter, as he’s only gone to the cards once in his career. It will be interesting to see where his head is here. That Gassiev fight was his first career loss, and Dorticos was highly emotional afterwards. Will he bounce back stronger, or will the loss negatively impact him? Masternak is a Polish fighter who has amassed quite a lot of fights in a 12 year career, despite being only 31. He’s fought all over the world against a wide range of opponents. His biggest name fight was in 2015 when he lost a relatively close decision to Tony Bellew, and he’s 5-0 since. Despite the Gassiev loss, Dorticos remains a top 5 fighter, while Masternak rightly sits outside the top 10. I wouldn’t be shocked to see Dorticos use this as a rebound fight to get some rounds in, so look for a late stoppage here, setting up a Dorticos vs. Andrew Tabiti semifinal.
Prediction: Yunier Dorticos, KO
