Connor Ruebusch and Patrick Wyman break down the impressive UFC 219 wins of Cris Cyborg and Khabib Nurmagomedov.

2017 was a rough year for UFC pay-per-views, and plenty of fight fans questioned whether UFC 219 was on par with some of the promotion’s other year-end shows. Nevertheless, the main event showdown between Cris Cyborg and Holly Holm stayed at an entertaining simmer for five rounds, and in the co-main, undefeated Khabib Nurmagomedov made Edson Barboza’s name the 25th on his ledger. Both performances were meaningful, and memorable.
