Niko Price scored the biggest win of his UFC career as he TKO’d Alan Jouban in the 1st round of their UFC Mexico City bout. Price capitalized on a Jouban leg kick, by launching a heavy right hand down the pipe that stunned his opponent. Price followed Jouban to ground and began unloading some unanswered strikes, as the referee immediately stepped in to call a halt to the welterweight tilt.
Check out Tim Burke's play-by-play of Niko Price mopping the floor with Alan Jouban:
Price starts with pressure. Jouban with a body kick, Price responds with a calf kick. They trade rights. Price staggers Jouban with a right and drops him with a head kick! He’s all over him and the fight is over. Wow. So many wows on this card.
Niko Price defeated Alan Jouban by TKO (strikes), 1:44 of round 1
