Official statistics reveal that Conor McGregor out landed a number of celebrated boxers who also took losses against Floyd Mayweather Jr..

Despite losing to Floyd Mayweather Jr. in their much-hyped money-fight, Conor McGregor lasted 10 rounds and landed 111 punches with this generation’s greatest boxing talent (official fight stats here). Ranked alongside the tallies of some of Mayweather’s past opponents, it’s easy to see why many are celebrating the Irishman for his performance against the now 50-0 Mayweather.
