Saturday’s big marquee boxing fight is a major event indeed. The Heavyweight title showdown between Anthony Joshua and Wladimir Klitschko looks to be a record-setting event in London’s Wembley Stadium and has the potential to be one of the defining Heavyweight fights of this era.
Bloody Elbow has you covered for the lead-up to the fight, including the pre-fight weigh-ins. Weigh-ins for Joshua vs. Klitschko will be this Friday, April 28 at 8:30 a.m. ET. You can check out the weigh-ins in a live stream right here at Bloody Elbow (above) or at Showtime’s YouTube page.
Anthony Joshua is 18-0 with 18 KOs and is a former Olympic gold medalist. He looks to define himself as the future of the division with the biggest win of his career here. Klitschko is the long-time former world champion and brings in a 64-4 record. He is 41 years old, and fights here for the first time since his 2015 loss to Tyson Fury. Despite Klitschko’s massive edge in experience, Joshua is the betting favorite, with many expecting to see a Joshua KO win.
Joshua vs. Klitschko will air live on Showtime this Saturday, April 29 with a fight time of 4:15 p.m. ET. Note that Showtime will only be airing the main event, not the rest of the card, which is available internationally. At 11:00 p.m. ET that same night, HBO will show a tape-delayed replay of the fight.
