UFC 208: Holm vs. de Randamie preliminary card live results, discussion, play by play

Live, blow-by-blow updates for today's UFC 208 preliminary card, which will have a welterweight bout as the featured fight.

Join us today on Bloody Elbow for live results, discussion, round scoring and play-by-play as UFC 208 goes down in Brooklyn.

Tonight's main event will see Holly Holm face off with Germaine de Randamie for the inaugural women's featherweight title. This bout wasn't expected by many a few months ago, but adds another belt for the promotion and the winner could face off with Cris Cyborg if she can clear up her USADA issues.

The co-main event will feature a legend, when longtime middleweight champion Anderson Silva looks for his first official win in a few years when he takes on Derek Brunson.

This portion of the play-by-play covers the preliminary card. With the removal of Ian McCall (again), the undercard is down to just five fights. The featured prelim bout is a welterweight contest between Belal Muhammad and Randy Brown.

The prelims kick off at 7:30pm ET/4:30pm PT with one bout on UFC Fight Pass. They then move over to Fox Sports 1 at 8pm ET/5pm PT for the other four prelims bouts. The five-fight PPV kicks off at the normal starting time of 10pm ET/7pm PT, which we'll cover in a separate post. The full lineup and schedule follows.
