UFC sensation Conor McGregor is scheduled to give an unscripted, hour-long interview with MMA Fighting’s Ariel Helwani in ‘An experience with Conor McGregor’ at EventCity in Manchester, England on Saturday, January 28.
Sheldan Keay of the Manchester Evening News reports that the interview will stream live on www.notoriouslive.tv for a pay-per-view price of $4.91. All 5,000 tickets are reportedly sold out.
This is the first of its kind, with attendees adhering to a strict black tie dress code and McGregor talking about topics ranging from his childhood to a potential boxing mega-fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr.
Stephen Oleksewycz, Managing Director at An Experience With, is excited about streaming the interview to a global audience.
“We knew this exclusive sporting showcase would appeal to the rest of the world, and wanted to offer those all over the globe the chance to see the event live. This rare opportunity had to be captured on film considering Conor's past interview history, and we decided to take it one step further and distribute it globally, meaning fans who are not able to attend the event don't have to miss out.”
VIP attendees are entitled to a three-course dinner and all fans will get the chance to party with the UFC lightweight champion at the ‘Notorious After Dark’ after party in a custom built, 1500 capacity night club.
‘An experience with’ have also hosted special events for the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Al Pacino, and Jean Claude Van Damme.
McGregor is currently taking some time off from MMA to prepare for the birth of his first new-born child.
