The first UFC weigh-ins for 2017 are all wrapped up, and everyone is on weight for tomorrow’s UFC Fight Night card in Phoenix, Arizona. B.J. Penn came in at 146 lbs for his main event showdown with Yair Rodriguez, who hit 145 on the nose.
