Khabib on drug testing: USADA ‘found too much courage in my sample’

The war of words between bitter rivals Khaibib Nurmagomedov and Tony Ferguson continued this week, as the Dagestani native claimed that he was tested 11 times by the United States Anti-Doping Agency, unlike “cowardly” Ferguson.

The undefeated lightweight took to social media to inform his fans that his test results showed ample amounts of courage.

“This moron Ferguson has concerns about my doping tests. Hey idiot, I was tested 11 times, and 11 times antidoping agency found too much courage in my samples, unlike your cowardly eyes, that you was hiding when we met in person.”

It should be noted that the UFC specific USADA anti-doping page shows six test results for both Khabib and Ferguson. The results page was last updated on August 3rd.

Though the two UFC competitors continue to lob insults with surprising regularity, they are unlikely to meet in the Octagon anytime soon. Ferguson is scheduled to meet former champ Rafael dos Anjos, while Khabib is rumoured to challenge Alvarez for the title.
