After besting Nate Diaz in a hard fought, back and forth battle that led to a majority decision win Saturday night on the UFC 202 card, Conor McGregor immediately called for his next opponent, Nate Diaz, for the rubber match. Diaz answered the call before they left the Octagon, accepting the challenge. It should be noted that Mystic Mac did ask for the next bout to be at lightweight, since he'd gone up to welterweight for their first two contests.
UFC president, Dana White spoke with UFC reporter, Megan Olivi after the event wrapped late Saturday night in Las Vegas, telling her,
"We're definitely not doing this a third time right now."
McGregor may have an even broader view of his future that goes beyond the fence of the Octagon, though. Speaking to FOX Sports' At The Buzzer, McGregor told Ricky C,
"There's a lot of options, & it might not be UFC."
That leaves plenty of room for wild speculation, of which Skip Bayless appears to have bought into.
Impressed w/ Conor McGregor's 2-hand boxing skills. Now think he could hang in w/ Mayweather. Wouldn't win. Wouldn't get embarrassed.

Dana White reiterated his own set of plans for McGregor's immediate future via TMZ, and has issued "two options," although, by my count, there appear to actually be three. We get the point, nonetheless.
"The war was fun and super successful but I'm movin' on."
TMZ went on to report the options, finalizing the statement with the kill shot on the trilogy-ender,
"Dana says Conor has two options -- either fight Aldo or surrender his title to him -- or cut weight to 155 and fight Eddie Alvarez for the lightweight title. Dana says under any scenario, he's closing the books on McGregor vs. Diaz."
