Betting Odds: The Ultimate Fighter 23 Finale: Team Joanna vs. Team Claudia

The second card taking place during international fight week will be tonight's Ultimate Fighter 23 Finale: Jedrzejczyk vs. Gadelha . This particular card is headlined by a narrow lined women's straight title fight between champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk and challenger Claudia Gadelha.  Eight of the night's bouts contain a favorite with a money line of -150 or less; which of course means that there are eight bouts involving rather puny dogs. Former Bellator lightweight champion Will Brooks is making his UFC debut as a sizable -325 favorite over 19 time UFC competitor Ross Pearson (+300).

Suggestions:

If you feel like the current UFC trend of championship hot potato will continue, then Claudia Gadelha at +105 might be your ticket.

Hot prospect Doo Ho Choi at -205 is a respectable favorite against four-time KO victim Thiago Tavares at +195. Perhaps a prop bet involving Choi inside of the distance is worth a look.

Former Bellator lightweight king Will Brooks seems to be a rather safe pick against the one dimensional Ross Pearson, however, at -325 the value of Brooks seems to dissipate.
