As you almost certainly know by now, Jon Jones is no longer on UFC 200. His main event fight vs. Daniel Cormier for the unified light heavyweight belt has been cancelled, as UFC officials revealed late Wednesday night that Jones tested positive for a banned substance in an out-of-competition drug test, administered by USADA on June 16th.
Speculation has been rampant as to what the future holds for Jones, who faces a two-year ban from competition. There is no word yet on what Jones tested positive for, but Jones' manager Malki Kawa denied on Twitter that Jones was "doping."
At 11:30 AM ET/8:30 AM PT, Jones will address the media in a special press conference, which you can watch on the Youtube live stream at the top of the page (courtesy of Karyn Bryant). Bloody Elbow will live tweet the conference, with Michael Hutchinson running our Twitter account. Note that this is not an official UFC press conference, this is specifically just Jon Jones, and we'll soon find out what has led to this chaotic situation.
