Negotiations for the Conor McGregor-Nate Diaz rematch has taken flight once again, as reports now claim that a new date has been set.
Part two of the non-title welterweight bout between both men is being eyed to take place at UFC 202 on August 20th, at a still undetermined venue.
Negotiations purportedly hit a roadblock when UFC president Dana White recently confirmed major disagreements with the Diaz camp, expressing his frustrations about Nate "trying to blow up the deal" for the McGregor rematch. Diaz had always been firm about getting paid what is due him, and by the looks of things through his recent Instagram post, it seems like he has gotten himself on the better end of the deal, this time around.
Per Damon Martin of FOX Sports, the two men were hanging out over the weekend after the filming of the most recent episode of White’s online show "Looking for a Fight."
