The Ultimate Fighter: Team Joanna vs Team Claudia episode 10 discussion

Tonight is episode 10 of The Ultimate Fighter: Team Joanna vs. Team Claudia with coaches Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Claudia Gadelha. The show airs tonight on Fox Sports 1 at 10:00 p.m. ET.

The quarterfinals are now done, which means we are in the home stretch on the season. Tonight, semifinals begin with just 3 episodes left before the finale. If you missed it last week, here are the semifinal match-ups:

Andrew Sanchez vs. Eric Spicely
Josh Stansbury vs. Cory Hendricks
Amanda Cooper vs. Lanchana Green
Tatiana Suarez vs. Kate Jackson

And yes, that means Team Joanna went 1-7 in the quarterfinals, with only Stansbury advancing. But all is not lost for Joanna Champion, as it seems that perhaps one fighter will be leaving the competition this week, allowing a replacement in. Hendricks has been dealing with a medical issue, but was cleared last week, so hard to say if it will indeed be him.

This week, it’s Sanchez vs. Spicely in the first semifinal. We’ll also see how Gadelha deals with three teammate vs. teammate fights in the semifinals - something that has caused troubles for teams in prior seasons. Oh, and the Coaches’ Challenge is this week - I’ll leave it up to you how excited you are for that one.
