Lombard plans to beat up 'fake' 'f--kwit' Dan Henderson at UFC 199

Hector Lombard elaborates on his unpleasant training experience with Dan Henderson at Team Quest.

Consider Hector Lombard not a fan of Dan Henderson. Last month, 'Lightning' exposed Henderson for being an arrogant training partner when he briefly trained with the MMA veteran at Team Quest in California. "He never gave a (expletive) about me," Lombard told MMAjunkie Radio. "I went there, and he never talked to me."

The Cuban Olympian elaborated on his experience in a recent interview with Submission Radio, turning the trash talk up a notch ahead of his showdown with Henderson at UFC 199.

"Dan Henderson is just fake," Henderson said, per Kacper Rosolowski. "Fake guy, comes across like a nice guy when he's not. If somebody comes to my training camp and wants to train - you know if one day I have, let's suppose that I have a Hector Lombard training camp or Hector Lombard facility, and some young guy [comes in to train] - cause trust me, even at ATT a bunch of guys came from Australia and I introduced myself. Like, "hey man how are you doing?". Even guys from New Zealand like JJ and a bunch of others and young kids, I introduce myself, I tell them "whatever you need, just give me a call". I exchange numbers, you know, we talk quite a bit, we go, we do some training together. It's not a big deal, ey? This fuckwitt is kind of like "oh, I'm more than you". So he doesn't care for me and I don't care for him either. I see myself beating him in a beautiful fashion"

Lombard, 38, suffered the first stoppage loss of his career against Neil Magny at UFC Fight Night: Hunt vs. Mir. The former Bellator middleweight champion was battered and TKO'd in the third round after exhausting himself in the first. Lombard has recently returned from a one-year drug suspension from the NSAC and will look to spring back into the winners column when he returns to middleweight against Hendo.

Henderson, who is now the oldest fighter on the UFC roster at 45-years-old, has struggled to stay afloat the 185-pound divsion and admits that he's 'almost ready to retire'.

UFC 199, which features Henderson vs. Lombard on the main card, takes place at The Forum in Inglewood, California on June 4.
